Terms and conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales and services provided by Nano Pizza SPRL to its customers, both on the premises and for takeaway.
2. Bookings
Table bookings can be made by phone, through our website, or in person subject to availability.
All bookings are confirmed subject to availability. A confirmation will be sent to you by phone or email.
If you are unable to come, we ask that you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. They include VAT applicable on the day of the order.
Accepted means of payment are: cash, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) and electronic payment cards (Bancontact).
Payment is due immediately on ordering or on delivery of the service.
4. Promotional offers
Promotional offers cannot be combined with one another unless stated otherwise.
- Midday lunch menu
- Valid Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:30. Cannot be combined with other offers.
- Group discount
- 10% discount for groups of 8 people or more, by prior booking only.
5. Dining in
Tables are reserved for a maximum of 2 hours. A supplement may apply to groups of more than 10 people. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour is inappropriate.
6. Takeaway
Takeaway orders must be collected within 15 minutes of the agreed time. After that, the order may be cancelled without refund. Takeaway products should be eaten promptly to guarantee their quality.
7. Allergens and intolerances
Our menu indicates the main allergens present in our dishes. Please tell us about any allergies or food intolerances when you order. We will do what we can to adapt our dishes, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen traces.
8. Complaints
Any complaint must be raised on the day of service, either directly with our staff or by email to contact@nanopizza.be. We undertake to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt to reach an amicable solution, the courts of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction.
10. Changes
Nano Pizza reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The terms that apply are those in force on the date of the order.
