Allergens present
In accordance with European Regulation 1169/2011, we inform you that our products may contain the following allergens:
- Gluten
- Wheat, rye, barley (pasta, pizza)
- Eggs
- Fresh pasta, some sauces
- Milk
- Mozzarella, burrata, parmesan, cream
- Nuts
- Pistachios, walnuts in certain dishes
- Celery
- Soups, tomato sauces
- Mustard
- Certain preparations
- Sulphites
- Wines, certain ingredients
- Sesame
- Bread, certain toppings
By category
- Pizzas
- All our pizzas contain gluten (wheat flour) and milk (mozzarella). Some also contain nuts, mustard or sesame depending on the topping.
- Pasta
- Our fresh pasta contains gluten and eggs. Depending on the sauce, it may also contain milk, celery or sulphites.
- Starters and salads
- Salads may contain gluten (croutons), milk (cheeses), eggs and mustard (dressings).
- Soups
- Our soups may contain celery, milk (cream) and gluten depending on the recipe.
- Wine and drinks
- All our wines contain sulphites. Some drinks may contain gluten.
Cross-contamination
Despite every precaution, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen traces in our preparations. Our kitchen handles all of the allergens listed above every day, and cross-contamination can occur.
Gluten-free options
Gluten-free pizza bases are available on request (€3 supplement). Please note: although made with gluten-free ingredients, they are handled in a kitchen where gluten is present.
